With twelve years of event & entertainment industry experience, I - Sweety Karwa have come up with a new concept to make your event one to remember.
For the first time in Portland, Heelsonwheel is offering Cupcake lady - Moving Dessert Display with cupcake, mini cakes as well as macaroons.
Also offering a new bar concept with our Cocktail Lady who can serve wine, champagne, cocktail or non alcoholic drinks or even Desserts!
